Bug visits her grandmother’s small town which was settled around a large rock. Living on that rock is a grumpy man that the townspeople blindly trust. The townspeople cannot make a single decision without this man's help. But, when a big storm hits the small town, the man and his rock float away forever! All hope falls to Bug to give guidance to the townspeople.
